The purchase of the W.R. Brown Memorial library, purportedly the world's biggest speaking library on the Arabian horse, was the first step in establishing a link to Arabian horse education and horse history. An original Adolph Schreyer painting of Beudoins and their horses hangs in the library along with original handwritten pedigrees from Lady Anne Blunt.

Arabian Horse Owners Foundation led the charge against abuse and continues to do so. Arabian Horse Owners Foundation has been responsible for some progresses in the way breeding class horses are presented; whip abuse, shanking and gingering.
Arabian Horse Owners Foundation organized the first fund for legal defense in cosmetic surgery cases. When the Arabian Breeders Association assumed leadership Arabian Horse Owners Foundation continued to support the effort. Arabian Horse Owners Foundation membership was instrumental in demonstrating the majority opinion to the International Arabian Horse Association (INTERNATIONAL ARABIAN HORSE ASSOCIATION).
Arabian Horse Owners Foundation has held fifteen Leadership Conferences to identify unmet needs and problems and structure solutions. Arabian Horse Owners Foundation has held annual summit meetings composed of owners, professional trainers, breeders and staff to main organizations in the Arabian Horse Community.
As part of Arabian Horse Owners Foundation's continuing program for horse education and information, three publications were produced in 2001: Drugs and Medications, Ride with a Purpose and Activity Planning Guide.
